Working Gal - Brand Spotlight: Sanctuary

I remember when I was 17 years old and my friends and I, rather than discuss what to wear to a party or on date night, dreamed of pencil skirts and stilettos, blazers and designer watches. We couldn't wait for the day when we would be successful, well-dressed, professional ladies. Fast forward a few years and after all-nighters at the college library and 35 degree days at university, the sweatshirt, leggings, and Nike tennies combo has been widely adopted. While we still desire to look savvy, we want to be comfortable while doing it so we can focus on the most important thing - our work.

Sanctuary is one of my favorite brands for business casual. They have some unique looks that are classy, fashionable, and wonderfully comfortable. Keep an eye on Macy's and Nordstrom for sales on their collection.
